Jill Bliss received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and law degree from Seattle University School of Law. She is a member of the King County and Washington State Bar Associations and is active in the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, serving as the State Chair of The People's Law School.

She is a frequent speaker at Small Business and Estate Planning seminars, is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for her achievements in International Business Transactions and is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Washington, Federal Courts, U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jill engages in the general practice of law with an emphasis on business, estate planning, commercial, corporations, partnerships, and taxation.
