Seattle
native Rick Hart graduated in 1985 from the University of Washington
School of Law. While there, he was member of the School's Moot Court
Honor Board and its National Appellate Advocacy team. As an undergraduate,
Rick was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor society and graduated
Magna Cum Laude with honors in history.
Rick is a member of the Family Law Section of both the Washington
State and King County Bar Associations, and he has been a speaker
for the Washington State Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education
Program. Rick has also published articles on financial and family
law topics, including an article he co-authored in the June, 1993
edition of the nationally published Journal of Taxation. From
1991 through 1994, Rick served on the King county Superior Court
Volunteer Advisory Board, and was chairperson of the Board's Court
Appointed Special Advocate Program Committee.
Rick's practice includes family law, personal injury litigation,
and related areas.
